Damaged Items

On a very rare occasion your item may be damaged in transit, we're more than happy to print and ship a replacement item the next business day.

Please follow the below guidelines if your item is damaged:

  • Let the courier know to make a note that your item was damaged in transit.
  • Please take photos of the packaging before opening and then photos of your damaged item.
  • Send us an email with the photos and any other information you can.

We'll get back to you ASAP!
